What we collect

When you open an account we record your company name, your name, mobile number and email. Inside the app, the data you enter about your employees (attendance, payroll, leave and so on) is stored in a database that belongs to your company alone.

What we use it for

To run ERX HR for your company and to contact you about your account and support. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

The users you add, with the permissions you set. Our support team only opens your account when you ask for help.

Security and backups

Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, and there’s a backup every day. You can turn on two-step verification for admin accounts.

If you leave

You can export your data to Excel, and we’ll hand you a full copy of your database on request. When you ask us to delete the account, it is deleted along with its data.
