FAQ

Before you start

Do I need to install anything?

No. ERX HR opens in the browser on any computer or phone. The only thing you might install is a small connector that pulls punches if your fingerprint device sits on your office network.

Will my fingerprint devices work?

Most ZKTeco and compatible devices work. If yours doesn’t, employees can clock in from their phones with their location, or attendance can be entered by hand. Send us your device model and we’ll tell you.

What happens after 14 days?

The account simply pauses. Nothing is charged automatically. If you like it, pick a plan and carry on with the same data.

Is my data safe?

Every company has its own separate database. Sign-in is protected by password with optional two-step verification, there’s a backup every day, and every change is logged with the name of whoever made it.

How exactly is the price worked out?

By the number of active employees in the month. People who have left aren’t counted. Small companies pay a modest minimum.

We have branches in more than one country.

Each branch opens as its own company with its own country’s rules and currency. Talk to us and we’ll give you one offer for all of them.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time. An upgrade takes effect straight away, on the same data.
